7 – Get Enough Sleep
The last but most important tip is to get enough sleep. By enough, it should be 7 to 9 hours. Avoid late nights and go to sleep by 11 PM so you can wake up with a fresh and charged mind that is ready to tackle the day. Getting enough sleep also means slow aging and that means less fine lines.
